Andrew Wiles - Managing Partner

Andrew is Managing Partner for Corporate Vision Alignment delivering strategic alignment, transformational reengineering, and rapid diagnostic reviews of major initiatives. Andrew has worked as manager and advisor to some of the most challenging programmes in public sector, aerospace, defence, oil, utilities, telecoms, technology and media. He is a leading exponent in applying strategy mapping and BSC to the challenges facing public sector organisations and a recent guest lecturer at Edith Cowan University, WA.

David Hyland - Managing Partner

David is Managing Partner responsible for Transformation and holistic business reengineering. David has over 30 years' experience in helping organisations to grow and prosper by making use of his strengths in coaching, mentoring, managing and troubleshooting and providing clear insights into the power and pitfalls of business transformation and organisational change. David has created genuine alignment for public sector, defence, pharmaceutical, finance, telecoms and utilities clients in the UK, EU, US and worldwide.

Ed Moffatt - Lead Partner

Ed is VAP's lead partner for Change Delivery, specialising in aligning organisational change and human resources initiatives to support vision and strategy. A gifted change designer, manager and coach he is skilled at preparing for and facilitating change at organisation, team and individual level. Ed has worked extensively in the public sector, oil, telecommunications, and defence industries.
